No. Clients can request a spot (group classes) or a slot (appointments) through the online web roster and availability calendar but this does not require payment from their end. The process is as follows:
- Client picks a spot or slot in the online client calendar
- This sends a booking request email out to you with the client's name, email address, activity, date and time
- You - on your end - book the client in the app's calendar. If the client does not exist yet, then you will need to add them first.
- The app sends out an automatic email or SMS confirmation message to your client. This can be disabled in the settings.
