Invite your clients to download the app

The self service app is intended for your known clients, meaning that they have booked with you before and they are in your client contact list in the main Bobclass app. Once they have signed up with their mobile phone number, they will get access to your class schedule, availability, reservations and more.

View and book classes

Through the self service app, your clients can view upcoming classes, including location, detailed description and photos. When they already have an active package, then their booking is instantly confirmed. When they do not have a package, then you will need to approve their booking request in your app.

View availability and make an appointment

Through the self service app, your clients can view your availability and pick an activity that they want to reserve. When they already have an active package, then their booking is instantly confirmed. When they do not have a package, then you will need to approve their booking request in your app.

Cancel a reservation

The self service app lets your clients cancel their own bookings, whether it is for a spot in class or for a 1:1 appointment. You can see cancellations in your own app on the Feed tab.

Purchase packages or products

Your clients can purchase packages, memberships or retail products through the self service app and pay with their credit card. On your end, in the main Bobclass App, you will see the sales and payments appear instantly.

Share progress notes

In the main app, in the client profile, you can write progress notes, add images and attachments and share them with your client. They will then appear in their self service app. Ideal for intense personal coaching.
